Dr. Ahmet Alp

Dr. Ahmet Alp is an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon who takes on the more complex implant cases, including full-arch treatment and patients with significant bone loss. He holds a PhD from Ondokuz Mayıs University, where he also spent four years as a research assistant. His dental degree was taught in English, so consultations are direct.

Dr. Ahmet Alp studied dentistry at Misr University for Science and Technology, on a programme taught in English, and went on to complete a PhD in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Ondokuz Mayıs University. His doctoral research examined the biomechanics of fixation techniques in jaw surgery. Alongside the doctorate he spent four years as a research assistant in the university’s Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, and has since worked in clinics across Samsun, Yalova, Ankara and Antalya. His focus is dental implants, the All-on-4 concept — a full arch of teeth supported by four implants — and short implants, together with advanced surgery such as sinus lifting and bone augmentation. Much of his work involves patients who have been told elsewhere that they do not have enough bone for implants; his planning aims to find a route that avoids unnecessary staging.
